02 Account Registration
Accurate and complete information is required when registering an account on about. If false or misleading information is provided, about reserves the right to close the account at any time.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, about may close all of them and forfeit the associated balances.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility
About's betting services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to open an account on about under any circumstances.
Additionally, about may not be accessed from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law. It is solely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
04 Betting Rules
There are certain rules you must follow when betting on About. These apply equally to all users and are in place to ensure a fair betting environment.
Bet Acceptance
- A bet is only considered accepted once it has been recorded on about's servers.
- About is not liable for any unconfirmed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
- Bets must be placed before the match begins or within the designated live betting window.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, about reserves the right to void the affected bets.
Bet Cancellation & Refunds
If an event is cancelled or its result remains unresolved, about will refund the bet amount to the user's account. However, if at least 50% of the event has been completed, the result may be considered final — subject to the rules of the specific sport.
05 Payments & Transactions
About currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. Bank transfer is also available for selected users.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).

06 Bonuses & Promotions
About's bonus offers are designed to make your betting experience more enjoyable. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms that must be followed.
- Welcome Bonus: For new users only, applicable once.
- Wagering Requirement: A specified number of wagers must be placed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Bonus Abuse: If multiple accounts or coordinated betting are detected for the purpose of claiming bonuses, about reserves the right to cancel all bonuses.

07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on About's platform. If any of these are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

- Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
- Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents
- Betting using match-fixing or insider information
- Automated betting using software or bots
- Exploiting system glitches or vulnerabilities on about for personal gain
08 Security & Privacy

10 Account Closure
